Server rules

• • You may run up to two game clients simultaneously per user (dual-clienting allowed, triple-clienting is not).

  • Bots, macros, and automation tools are strictly prohibited. This rule is enforced consistently and without exception.

  • Modifying the game executable or GRF files is not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Please maintain a respectful attitude toward others — offensive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

  • Inappropriate or vulgar character names, guild names, or shop titles are forbidden. Keep it friendly and clean.

  • Play fair, have fun, and help maintain a positive community.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (TOS & GDPR)

Effective Date: June 28, 2025

1. General Information

1. The Service is operated by an enthusiast using their best knowledge and skills. This is not a commercial hosting company and does not offer enterprise-grade security.

2. The Administrator operates a private game server based on rAthena and provides access to it through this Service. The Administrator does not distribute or claim ownership of official game content belonging to Gravity Co., Ltd.

3. A modified game client (including connection information such as server IP and launcher executable) is made available solely to facilitate connection to the private server. All official game assets remain the property of Gravity Co., Ltd. The Administrator does not claim any rights over these files.

4. No payments or donations are accepted. The Service is offered completely free of charge.

2. Definitions

• Service – the website and related infrastructure enabling user registration and login.

• User – any individual using the Service.

• Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Usage Terms

1. Registration requires an email address, which does not have to be valid or real.

2. Users are expected to follow general netiquette and not attempt unauthorized access.

3. The Administrator may limit simultaneous logins to two accounts per user based on IP address.

4. Files and Copyright

1. Any installation files or game assets remain the property of Gravity Co., Ltd.

2. A customized game client is provided only to simplify connection to the private server. It contains no original Gravity executable or asset content that is not publicly available.

3. The Administrator does not host or distribute official Gravity game data beyond what is required for technical connection.

5. Security and Availability

1. The database and system are protected against third-party access to the best of the Administrator's ability. However, this is not a professional infrastructure.

2. Force majeure (e.g. hardware failure, DDoS attacks) may temporarily impact service availability.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

6. Data Controller

The data controller is the private individual managing this Service.

7. Data Collected

• Email Address – provided voluntarily for account identification. No verification is performed.

• IP Address – stored permanently to enforce service rules and for security purposes.

• Password – stored in encrypted (hashed) form and never visible to the Administrator.

8. Purpose of Data Processing

1. To provide the login functionality (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. To ensure security and detect abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. To enforce server policies such as account limitations.

9. Legal Basis

Data is processed based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract (login service).

• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention).

10. Data Retention

• Email and Password – stored as long as the user account exists or until the Service is discontinued.

• IP Address – stored permanently for security and policy enforcement. IP addresses are never shared with third parties or used for profiling.

11. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access their personal data.

• Request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing.

• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

• File a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. national data protection office).

12. Cookies and Tracking

This Service does not use cookies for marketing or analytics purposes. No external tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are in use.

13. Changes to This Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to modify this document. Any significant changes will be communicated through the Service's website.
